Only chiller font could sell just how chilling this poster is. The spectre of eldritch junk food looms large as our health-minded protagonist tries to keep a cool head. Thomas Middleditch stars in this one because, hell I don’t know, he seems like a cool dude who could party down with a bag of existentially dreadful salty snacks.

BMMI Episode 007: Hot Trash
Breathe this one in. Let the spicy aroma of summer day garbage envelope you. Look at those trash bags, floating in pool water, leaking vile juices. Don’t you want to be one of those cool and relaxed garbage bags? Well not in this film! This film is a slasher flick about a couple that goes on a heat wave crime wave committing heat crimes for just a minute of air conditioning. You would never guess this all started with Kelsey asking Andrew about Magic the Gathering mythos. Oh, how foolish she was.

BMMI EPISODE 006: SPEED 3: OFF THE RAILS & INTO SPACE
This week’s big money movie is a real shot in the arm to the action film industry. We’ve cooked up a sequel to Speed that’s bigger, faster, and more topical than the original with such thrilling plot points as Kyle MacLachlan’s cool Google glass and Jason Patric’s Raspberry Pi Eye. Check out this week’s episode for a sneak peek at the only movie this summer that’ll turn your knuckles as white as the popcorn you’re scarfing down.

BMMI Episode 005: The Good Dog
This week’s big money movie is what you get when a political thriller is entirely populated (dogulated?) with dogs in suits. Which adds more to this film genre: Dog heads on people bodies, or cute doggies in even cuter doggy suits? What’s a better actor name dog pun: Kevin Spaniel or Robert Doggy Jr.? These issues and more are still being hotly debated.

BMMI Episode 004: Into the Net
We’re all caught up with the posters! This episode saw many ideas blossom before deciding on the final, action-packed cyber adventure. What are some old memes you know? We probably talked about them. Yikes—yes—but oh man did we fixate on only like three things that I’m not even sure qualify as memes.
The good stuff: theological posits on the nature of pizza; Sonic the hedgehog becoming friends with an elated Bruce Willis; crazy cool hacking by the Hackman himself; a bunch of stars on the roster to boot!

BMMI Episode 003: Real Human Skull with Carrying Case
Hey! This is a real weird one! You would never know that the seed that bore this fruit was a list of “Customers who bought this also viewed” from a harmless Amazon item:
an Alejandro Jodorowsky kid’s backpack. (No longer available on Amazon. Sorry.)
Here’s some of the items from the episode to help you picture how this movie idea was birthed. Continue reading
BMMI Episode 002: katamari
Another beaut. This movie was conceived as a dark envisioning of a more innocent video game title, to be directed by Nolan. This movie stars some of Nolan’s friends, Leo Dicaprio and Michael Caine.
What other games were discussed before Katamari? Why does Leo want to roll up all of Earth? Where did he get the suit? We cover all that in the episode, and then some!

BMMI Episode 001: Batmen
Wow, it finally happened. We posted the first episode of Big Money three weeks ago, and now the poster is here. I think this captures the essence of Batmen, mainly the part where there’s a bunch of Keanu Reeves and people in batsuits duking it out. And the rawness of sad Batman’s bottomless sorrow that I think Keanu would capture well onscreen.
